My Husband Sri Sastry and I used to visit Golagamudi from 1997 for blessings of Bhagavan Sri Venkaya Swami we both got blessings of Bhagavan Sri Venkaya Swami many a times in our dreams. We had blessings of Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami whenever we visited Golagamudi. After ‘Mahasamdhi’ of Sri Rami Reddy, Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami took the charge of ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy and he was a brother. Sri Rami reddy entrusted his works and deeds to Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami to carry out after his ‘Mahasamdhi’ Sri swami is very kind and protecting us from various effects and taking care of us by all means.
Much before we contemplated construction of a new house, Sri swami showed us a suitable sacred fire and blessed us and laid a foundation stone. We owe to Sri Swami for his blessings grace and great affection.

We could serve and worship ‘Avadutha ’ Sri Rami Reddy, because our grand father was very closely associated with him. We all felt very sad when ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy attained mahasamadhi. In fact we were in a dilemma and puzzle, as to whom we could offer our services and worship, after the sad demise of Avadutha sri rami reddy.
On 24th August 1993, we visited Golagamudi for the celebrations of Bhagavan Sri Venkaya Swami ‘Aradhana’. There we saw a naked saint, Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami sitting on southern side of the ‘Ashram’. After sometime sri swami asked us for a cigarette and started smoking, just like ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy. We all felt ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy blessed us in the form of Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami.
I addressed Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami as grand father, just as we used to call sri Rami Reddy and asked Sri Swami ‘Why is he so ?’, Sri Swami replied that he was in police department and has been taken to Kanumuru for testing. Sri Swami inquired about so many things about us. We all felt that Sri swami spoke to us sometimes like ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy. We felt Sri Swami spoke to us sometimes like Bhagavan Sri Venkaya Swami and like Sri Shirdi Sai Baba at times. I prayed and asked Sri swami that we did not have rains in Guntur for a long time. We would have had rains if ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy had been alive. Then, immediately there stated raining in Golagamudi. We felt there may be a problem for celebrations of Bhagavan Sri Venkaya Swami ‘Aradhana’. It rained a little bit and later stopped. Sri Swami told us, there would be sufficient rains in Guntur, by the time we reached Guntur.
After taking blessings of Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami we reached Guntur. We felt very happy when it rained heavily and provided all of us with ample water. Sri swami proved that there is no difference between Avadutha Sri Rami Reddy and himself. We served Sri Swami many times, inviting him to our home. ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy laid the foundation stone for ‘Dwaraka Mayi’ in the same temple complex. We all worship Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami, just like we used to worship and treat ‘Avadutha’ Sri Rami Reddy.

Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami told that he had a relation and close association with Brahmayya, Veeraiah, Veerappa and Kolli tatiah during the past three birth cycles. We all together met again in the fourth birth cycle.

I am staying in Golagamudi, in the premise of Bhagavan Sri Venkaya Swami ‘Ashram’ and rendering services to Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami leaving all my family members in my place. I surrendered myself to Sri Swami and dedicated my life to the service of Sri Swami. I belong to a lower caste known as ‘Madiga’. Once Sri Swami told me that I was a Brahmin (A person belonging to upper caste) in my past life and could follow all rituals very religiously. But I ill treated priests and other people of lower caste in a very wretched manner, with utmost ego, as a result of which I was born in lower caste in this birth. In spite of all bad deeds of the past, I could possess the qualities of devotion and dedication, to attain salvation in this birth because of kind grace of Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravaya Swami.
