Bhagavan Sri Venkayya Swami and his beloved disciple Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravayya Swami protected and saved many people from dangerous situations. The various incidents and experiences of different people are narrated in this chapter. Let us all worship and pray Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravayya Swami to be kind enough and protect and save all of us from dangerous situations.

In the year 1993, around 3 ‘O’ clock early in the morning, we reached Golagamudi. Samartha Sathguru swami was sleeping at that time. We also slept there for some time. By the time we got up sri swami already left for kavali with some devotes, who came from kavali in a jeep. We immediately started in a car and tried to follow them. The moment we were on main road we found same jeep, in which sri swami was there, was stopped a tea stall, we stopped our car and approached Sri Swami and saluted him. Sri swami advised us to follow their jeep. The jeep was going at a high speed and we were lagging very much behind, because of the driver did not have enough sleep on previous day. The driver with an intention to go on par, tried to go fast, which resulted in an accident with another truck on the road near “Gauravaram” village. The car had a major damage, in driver’s side, and we all had minor injuries. We tried to find a doctor in that village. Everyone in that village looked at us surprisingly , and in fact, nobody was willing to come forward to help us. We all took rest for some time in the temple of Sri Sai Baba. When we came out of the temple, the people of that village told us that, nobody so far who met with an accident at that spot, was survived. That was the main reason, for those people not to talk to these people after the accident.
Samartha Sathguru Sri Guravayya Swami reached kavali. People requested Sri Swami to start the ceremony of “Yagna” (A Sacred fire ritual). Sri Swami told them that the devotees were wounded, and we would start the ceremony the moment they would arrive there. We reached very late that place, thinking that the ceremony would have started. We all surprised to learn that Sri Swami and all others were waiting for us. We all were saved by Samartha Sathguru Guravayya swami and we all vow a lot to Sri Swami.
